DJAS

The DJ Administration System (DJAS) is DJ’s member intranet.

This is where members find their supplier vouchers every day. In addition, price lists and other commercial terms and conditions of trade from DJ’s suppliers are available to always ensuring member access to updated information.

DJAS also has a product database with all products created by DJ. Here is various information about the products as well as images and available safety data sheets.

Invoicing

Once a collaboration agreement has been made with DJ Supply A/S, the company is the legal client. Meaning that all invoices must be issued to DJ Supply A/S, irrespective of the fact that the orders are placed by – and must be delivered to – the individual members.

To ensure correct invoice processing, it is extremely important to follow the attached invoicing guideline.

Internal logistics

DJ has established internal logistics partnership, meaning that all partnership members can, in principle, receive goods on a day-to-day-basis from other partnership members.

This partnership also means that there is active internal trading between members, where entire truck loads of goods are transported between points of sale every night.

For you as a supplier, this means that any request for warehousing at the individual member is not particularly relevant. If the item is stocked by just one collaboration member, it is, in principle, stocked on a day-to-day-basis by all members.

Credit Insurance

DJ was founded as a non-profit company, meaning that the objective of the procurement company is not profit making.

Since DJ was founded in 1933, the company has established a reputation with many suppliers for stable and timely payments, and this continues to be a high priority for us.

For more than 30 years, we have therefore secured our claims via a debtor fidelity insurance to ensure that DJ, and thus our suppliers, can feel secure in their interactions.

Marketing

DJ handles a wide range of joint marketing activities for the members, for instance distribution of product catalogues, national advertising papers, digital campaigns and instore TV.

These catalogues and papers contain products from suppliers with whom we have signed partnership agreements. Partnering with DJ is therefore a further possibility in the marketing of your products.
