Objectives
Objectives for all members of DJ are:
- to be the customers' preferred local partner, to know them better than others, and to show interest in their needs and challenges.
- to make the daily trading easy for the customers and striving to be overall financially attractive for them.
Vision and Values
Vision and values are boiled down to a slogan:
- Your local partner – easy and competent!
And this slogan is more than just a play on words – it should reflect the market approach.
Some members might have conditions and circumstances that do not 100% comply with the stated values and market approach. So, there might be local differences and interpretations.
